777dp Terms & Conditions

1.1 Definitions and Scope

In this document, "777dp", "we", "us", or "platform" refers to the 777dp online betting and casino service. "User", "you", or "member" refers to any person registered on the platform. These Terms apply to Bangladeshi users and operate under Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6).

1.2 Changes to the Terms

777dp reserves the right to change, amend, or update these Terms at any time. Continuing to use the platform after updated Terms are published means you have accepted the new Terms. For significant changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify members by email or through the platform.

2.1 Age Requirement

777dp services are for individuals aged 21 or older only. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited. If asked to verify age, the member must provide the relevant documents. Providing false age information will result in immediate account closure, and deposited funds may be forfeited.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts under the same name, on the same device, or from the same IP address is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, all accounts will be suspended or closed and any accumulated bonuses will be forfeited.

2.3 Account Information & Security

All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and kept up to date. It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details confidential. You may not allow anyone else to use your account. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.

3.1 Payment Methods

777dp currently supports the following payment methods:

• bKash — Bangladesh's most widely used mobile banking service
• Nagad — Post office-operated digital financial service
• Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile banking service

3.2 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal

The minimum deposit and minimum withdrawal amount across all payment methods is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. However, this timeframe may be extended if identity verification or security checks are required.

3.3 Account Verification

Before processing a withdrawal, 777dp may complete identity verification (KYC). A copy of a national ID card or passport may be requested. Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete. This is a security measure taken to prevent fraudulent activity.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,000. To receive this bonus, the first deposit must be made after registration and the applicable wagering requirements must be met.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. The wagering requirement applies only to the bonus funds, not the deposit amount. For example, for a ৳1,000 bonus, a total of ৳15,000 in bets must be placed before bonus winnings can be withdrawn (৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000).

4.3 General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus offer has its own validity period and conditions.
• If evidence of bonus abuse is found, the account may be suspended.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously unless specifically stated in the offer.
• Transferring bonus funds to another person is strictly prohibited.
• 777dp reserves the right to change or withdraw any bonus offer at any time.

5.1 VIP Tiers & Benefits

The 777dp VIP program has five tiers in total. Each tier comes with a weekly cashback benefit:

• Bronze — Up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver — Up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Gold — Up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Platinum — Up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Diamond — Up to 0.8% weekly cashback

5.2 VIP Tier Progression Rules

VIP tier is determined based on regular betting activity and active participation on the platform. When a member advances to a higher tier, 777dp will notify them. Cashback is credited to the account automatically each week. VIP benefits are non-transferable and apply only to the associated account.

6.1 Fraudulent Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Using another person's account or selling an account to a third party
• Placing bets using bots, scripts, or automated software
• Collusion or coordinated fraud
• Systematic abuse of bonuses
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial transactions
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to the platform's software

6.2 Account Suspension & Closure

If any prohibited activity is suspected, 777dp may temporarily suspend the account without prior notice. If the allegation is proven following an investigation, the account will be permanently closed. In such cases, 777dp's decision is final.

7.1 Responsible Gaming Commitment

777dp believes that online betting should be for entertainment purposes only. We encourage our members to play responsibly. Set your own limits and never bet beyond your means. Gambling addiction is a serious issue — if you feel you may be affected, please seek help.

7.2 Self-Exclusion Feature

8.1 Data Collection & Use

777dp strives to provide uninterrupted service at all times, but the service may temporarily be unavailable due to technical maintenance, server issues, or other reasons. 777dp will not be liable for any losses arising from such circumstances.

9.2 Internet Connection Issues

777dp is not responsible for internet disconnections that occur during gameplay. No compensation will be provided for bets lost due to connection issues. It is the member's responsibility to ensure a stable internet connection.

9.3 Third-Party Content

The platform may contain content from third-party game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, etc.). These providers' own terms and conditions may apply. 777dp is not directly liable for any errors in their software or services.

10.1 Complaints Process

10.2 Final Decision

In the event of any dispute, the decision of 777dp's management will be considered final. However, we are committed to resolving disputes through a fair and transparent process. If an incorrect payout is made due to a technical error or miscalculation, 777dp reserves the right to recover that amount.

11.1 Account Closure Rules

A member may close their account at any time through the support team. It is possible to withdraw any available balance before closing the account, unless there is a pending investigation. Bonus benefits will no longer be available after the account is closed.

11.2 Survival of Terms

Even after an account is closed, certain provisions of these Terms remain in effect — particularly those relating to limitation of liability, data protection, and dispute resolution. If any provision is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to be fully enforceable.
